I came across this page looking for a solution to not being able to handwrite and input text from the TIP into Firefox. I can bring up the tip and handwrite but the input button stays grayed out. I've taken to switching to the virtual keyboard and pecking out my text. I'm running Vista Ultimate and have the geckoTIP add-on.

However, your example works just fine for me. All the fields work the way they're supposed to and I can even use the input button on the TIP with them. I did notice a bit more lag with handwriting into the altered swing field than with the first field.
